Dollies Unlimited Inc. began serving the moving industry in 1986 with the rental of dollies and panel carts. Manufacturing a top quality product and giving the best possible service are not only words, but also a commitment and reality.

Boxes Unlimited, a division of J&L Lavoie Enterprises Inc. began serving the moving industry in 1992 with the sale of moving boxes, including cardboard cartons and the rental and sale of plastic bins ideal for storage solutions. Because of our dedication to the Canadian marketplace, we decided to make our company what it is today.

In 2004, our name merged to Dollies & Boxes Unlimited. Our continuing commitment to the industry has encouraged us to include new specialized products to better serve our valued customers. Because our customers are always top of mind, we expanded our product base to include a variety of accessories that make moves much simpler. Furthermore, we added materials that will protect your home or office flooring, tools and moving equipment to transition materials from one place to another, as well as necessary delivery equipment rental options.

In December 2009, we were acquired by Crownhill Packaging, one of North America's largest suppliers of packaging products and services. "Acquiring Dollies & Boxes is a tremendous opportunity in that it is a natural extension of our business model to provide packing products and services to a large untapped market," commented John Ponzo, President of Crownhill. "Our current product assortment offering to our retail partners will now be significantly buoyed by this acquisition."
